Boulderoinnin starttikurssit alennettuun hintaan

Käy starttikurssi vuoden 2023 aikana alennettuun hintaan 50 €!

(Tarjous voimassa 31.12.2023 mennessä käydyillä kursseilla.) Hintaan sisältyy kaksi 1,5h kurssikertaa, vuokravarusteet sekä kaksi viikkoa kiipeilyä.

Boulderoinnin starttikurssit maanantaisin klo 16.30—18 ja torstaisin klo 18.45—20.15 Lielahdessa.

Muutokset aikatauluihin ovat mahdollisia syksyn edetessä.

Kurssilla harjoitellaan boulderoinnin alkeita. Ensimmäisellä kokoontumiskerralla harjoitellaan jalkatekniikkaa sekä etsitään hyvää ja rentoa kiipeilyasentoa. Toisella kerralla kerrataan starttikurssin ykkösosan oppeja ja keskitytään itse kiipeilyyn ja reittien ratkomiseen.

Alaikäraja kurssille on 14 vuotta, aikuisen seurassa 12 vuotta.

Take the bouldering start course during 2023 for a reduced price of 50 €!

(Offer valid for courses taken till 31 December 2023.) The price includes two 1,5 hour course times, rental equipment and two weeks of climbing.

Bouldering start courses on Mondays at 4:30 p.m.—6:00 p.m. and on Thursdays at 6:45 p.m.—8:15 p.m. in Lielahti.

Changes to the schedules are possible.

The course teaches the basics of bouldering. At the first course time, foot technique and a good and relaxed climbing position is practiced. The second time, we repeat the lessons of the first part of the start course and focus on climbing and solving routes.

The minimum age for the course is 14 years, 12 years if accompanied with an adult. Register in the course calendar for both the first and second part of the course.
